* Students have to send proof (student card or other) in order to benefit from the student discount. Special Offer: For every 2 registrations from the same institution or institute, a 3^rd registration will be free of charge. This offer is valid only if all participants have completed their registration with a selected fee type and provided full billing details on the personal area. The free registration will be the one with the lowest applicable fee. Requests must be sent to the meeting’s official email: 14enc@chemistry.pt All fees stated include VAT at 0%

Cancellation and refund:

If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
For any cancellation received until 5 November, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged.
For any cancellation received after 5 November, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

Refunds will be handled after the Meeting

It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
